AIM is located on the eighth floor of Caltech Hall on the Caltech campus in Pasadena, California. Participants in workshops and SQuaREs stay at the nearby Pasadena Hotel & Pool. Participants will receive detailed information approximately one week before their arrival.
The hotel address is 928 East Colorado Boulevard (at S Mentor Ave), Pasadena, CA 91106, less than a mile from AIM, about a 20 minute walk.
The nearest airport is the Burbank Airport (BUR) 15 miles away and is the most convenient airport to use. It has nonstop service from several U.S. cities including Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Dallas, Austin, Chicago, Nashville, and New York (JFK).
The much larger Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is about 30 miles from the hotel.

Getting to Pasadena from BUR and LAX
If you live in the area and are commuting daily and will need parking, the nearest parking structure to AIM is the North Wilson parking structure located at 341 S Wilson Ave. Parking is $9 a day or $27 for the week which AIM can reimburse. There is also free street parking available on California Blvd and S Wilson Ave, though availability is limited and most parking is typically gone by 8 am.
